Hazmat Training (2020)

16 Hours+ Training Course - $250.00

Refresher Courses:

Case by case basis, will depend on the 

initial assessment test drive.

$90.00hr for one on one training or,

$250.00 Per Day to be put into the 

current class running on the days you are here.

If any further training is needed beyond the 4 weeks or 7 weekends and or 3 or more tests, this will be at the students expense. If for some reason it is our fault that the student did not pass his/her WA State Skills Test then we will pay for a re-test, if and only then will it be at our expense.

Disclaimer: After you complete the course and pass the WA State Skills Test your final Licensing Fee paid to the DOL will depend on the amount of endorsements, and how many years your license is good for. $27.00 - $112.00

Card Fees:

There is a 1.5% additional fee for paying with a Debit card and a 3% fee for paying with a credit card.

Additional Info:

There is additional fee that the student will have to pay if they desire to have a Hazardous Materials endorsement on their license. The fee for this is $86.50 paid to the Transportation Security Administration for a background check. This is required for students planning to haul Hazmat.


DOT physicals can only be performed by a doctor that is on the National Registry.



The fees above include all of the preparation to take and pass the written tests at the Department of Licensing. These tests include the required tests for a Class “A” CDL. Which are general knowledge, air brakes and combination. The other tests that we also prepare for are doubles/triples, tankers and hazardous materials. The student will be prepared for all tests and endorsements besides passenger for driving buses.
